
Prepare the water for tea
Pour boiling water into teacups to lower the water temperature (120ml per person).

Measure tea leaves
Put tea leaves in the teapot (approx. 3 g per person, equivalent to 3/4 teaspoon).

Pour the water into the teapot
Pour the cooled water (70-80°C) from the cups into the teapot and wait 1-2 minutes before serving.

Serve the tea evenly
Pour the tea into the cups, a little at a time, so that everyone gets the same strength and taste. Serve the last drop from the teapot.
